With a clinical foundation in massage therapy, Sarah works directly with the body to support nervous system regulation, ease tension patterns, and create space for rest. Through her background in holistic nutrition and metabolic health, she supports clients in restoring internal balance, particularly for those navigating hormonal shifts, digestive concerns, or metabolic challenges. Her approach is gentle, personalized, and designed to nourish rather than restrict. Alongside this, Sarah offers spiritual coaching through her Soul Alignment sessions, a space for reflection, emotional processing, and reconnection to one’s inner voice.
